The experience

Your OVEA journey, step by step

A preventive health journey designed by and for women—from the prescription of your blood tests and the medical interpretation of your results to tracking your progress over time.

01

Tell us about you

You begin by completing an in-depth questionnaire to help us understand your health profile and life stage, menstrual cycle, symptoms, personal and family medical history, lifestyle, and health goals. This information provides essential context for your biology. A partner physician then reviews your profile and validates the blood test prescription tailored to your individual situation.

02

Get tested

You complete your blood test at one of our partner laboratories in France. More than 80 biomarkers are analyzed across nine key areas of health: hormones, thyroid function, metabolism, nutrients, cardiovascular health, inflammation, blood health, and liver and kidney function. When certain biomarkers vary depending on your menstrual cycle, OVEA helps you identify the right time to have your blood drawn.

Receive your personalized health assessment

Your results are brought together in your OVEA dashboard and translated into a clear, structured overview of your health. Your data is protected, processed in accordance with the GDPR, and hosted in France by an HDS-certified provider. Your dashboard includes: an overall summary of your assessment; a detailed analysis of each health area; your priority biomarkers; connections between your results, cycle, symptoms, and health profile; the areas to maintain, monitor, or investigate further; and your personalized goals and action plan. You will then have a one-hour video consultation with our partner physician to discuss your results, ask questions, and define your next priorities.

04

Take action and track your progress

After your consultation, you will receive a personalized action plan based on your results, symptoms, and goals. It may include recommendations relating to nutrition and supplementation, sleep and stress management, physical activity, additional tests, or a prescription when deemed necessary by the physician. Your support continues beyond the initial consultation. A second targeted assessment, completed a few months later, helps measure your progress, identify improvements, and adjust your priorities accordingly.

More than 80 biomarkers across 9 key areas of health

Each biomarker is selected with our medical team to provide meaningful, actionable insights into women’s health. Your results are not viewed in isolation: they are interpreted in the context of your cycle, symptoms, life stage, and medical history.
